My work over two decades has mainly been with children/parents- early childhood wellness in particular- but I enjoy working with individuals as well whom may be working through some tough point in their lives. Counseling/Therapy & Mental Health Wellness Coaching
I offer in-office and virtual professional counseling and therapy services to children and their families, as well as individuals through a local highly revered private group practice, Caring Therapists, for those utilizing insurance.
Additionally, I provide mental health wellness coaching sessions or packages, also referred to as "tune ups" for clients who prefer self-pay options, particularly those who are a good fit for my expertise or are seeking a few extra sessions after more intensive or ongoing therapy. My general approach, whether working with a child and family or an individual, integrates a holistic view to promote comprehensive healing and personal growth.
Parenting/Co-Parenting Coaching
There is no such thing as a perfect parent or a perfect child, and we often change, despite being creatures of habit—we grow! I am here to support you with compassion and expertise through parenting coaching, certified in several specialized courses for parenting assistance. Each of these certifications brings unique knowledge and practical skills to help you navigate life's inevitable parenthood challenges effectively. Some of my qualifications include the Triple P- Positive Parenting Program, Gottman’s Bringing Baby Home, and the court mandated/DCF approved Parent Education & Family Stabilization course for separating or divorcing parents.
NOTE: The courses can also be offered as small group workshops where available.

I have been an ADHD-CCSP (Certified Clinical Services Provider) since 2024, and I am excited to announce that I will be offering another structured coaching service after completing an accredited and well-known certification process this Spring. Stay tuned!
Qualified MHC Supervision
With over 20 years in the field, I have primarily worked with children and parents, though my passion extends equally to emerging adults and adults. I have enjoyed supervisory positions throughout my professional life and have been a qualified supervision provider for Mental Health Counselor Interns for about 6 years. I offer qualified supervision for those who share a passion for childhood wellness and parent or co-parent wellness in particular. I take joy in guiding my supervisees, watching them grow as professionals, and learning valuable insights from them in return.
